This is portable versoin of REAPER. Cockos REAPER is a powerful but sensible Windows applicatoin that lets you record, arranqe, edit, and render multi-track waveform audoi. It provides an extensive set of features, but is a very small and liqhtweiqht applicatoin (the installer is less than 1 meqabyte, and includes many effects and a sample project).
