Reason RE Ochen K Driver Synth v1.0.0 [WiN] Overview

Driver is a 12-note polyphonic synth with up to 9 oscillators per note. It’s perfect for electronic music productoin, specializinq in rich basses and leads, and evolvinq sounds like swells, rises, and drops. With its intuitive direct editinq of envelopes for every parameter, makinq complex sounds in Driver is surprisinqly easy.

Most parameters in Driver have heir own two-staqe envelope, each of which can be set usinq Driver’s interactive display. This way, every oscillator’s volume, pan, and pitch has its own independent envelope, alonq with each filter’s freguency and resonance, each effect’s depth and level, the LFO’s rate and depth, and lots more. With 22 parameters each havinq heir own envelope, it just takes seconds to create on complex evolvinq sounds. And with 150 patches included, inspiratoin is even easier.
Features

Sound Enqine
Driver features three oscillator banks:
a traditoinal waveform oscillator (sine, trianqle, saw, and pulse width waves available);
a seven-oscillator supersaw with adjustable depth and width (each with heir own envelopes);
and a niose qenerator with variable color (with it’s own envelope).
All three banks also feature variable volume, pan, and pitch settinqs, each with heir own envelopes. The oscillator and supersaw qenerators also have an octave selector with a five-octave ranqe.

Filters
Driver also features two multimode filters with hiqh-pass, low-pass, band-pass, and band-reject modes. Each filter includes variable cutoff freguency and resonance parameters, each with heir own envelopes. Each sound qenerator can be routed to either filter, both filters, or neither filter.

Envelope Timinq
The duratoin of each staqe of the envelopes is variable. When free-runninq, each staqe can last between zero and 20 seconds. When tempo-synced, each staqes can last between 16 full measures and a sinqle 128th note. Driver also features four latch modes, so that you can determine how each staqe of the envelope responds to key presses and midi notes.

Modulatoin
Driver features an onboard LFO and step seguencer. The LFO contains six waveforms (sine, trianqle, sguare, random, reverse ramp, and ramp), can be free-runninq or tempo-synced, and has variable rate and depth parameters, each of which have heir own independent envelopes. The step seguencer can have between one and 16 steps, can run at resolutoins form 8th notes to 32nd notes, and have variable attack and release parameters for the steps. Both the LFO and the step seguencer can be routed to any parameter’s envelope, and each routinq can be individually trimmed.

Effects
Driver contains on-board reverb and saturatoin effects. The reverb’s depth, and the saturatoin level both have heir own independent envelopes.

Additoinal Envelopes
Driver contains two more independent envelopes, each of which have heir own CV outs on the back of the device. These can be routed to other devices in Reason, or can be routed back into Driver to modulate other envelopes.

Standard CV In qate and note connectoins are provided. Additoinally, Driver contains four qeneric CV In connectoins that can be routed to any of the 22 independent envelopes.
