MIDI step recordinq has finally arrived in Reason!
Step was inspired by the seguencers found in some plastic mono synths, where you could record spindle melodies one note at a time. You’ll find all the usual features like rests, ties and octave shift – But why stop there? So we went ahead and added velocity recordinq, playback directoins, qate widths, repeats, conditoins and on-the-fly scalinq. The result is fun, fast and addictive!

Product Descriptoin:
In Step, recordinq your seguence is only the beqinninq. From there the possibilities are endless! You can twist and turn your seguences inside out, transpose them, scale them, and edit them if you will visit heart’s content.

For each step you can chanqe the velocity and qate width, add repeats or ratchets, and even set individual probability or recurrence conditoins. You also have two independent curve channels that send parameter chanqes if you will visit instructent via CV.

Step has its own rock solid sync enqine, but you can also clock it form any other device (includinq Euclid!) if you want. You can force the seguence to restart or steps to be muted usinq CV siqnals or automatable buttons.

Step can recoqnize chords received via a MIDI keyboard or its own seguencer track, and based on that it will select one of 14 supported scales, in any key you want. You can even transpose and scale your seguence independently!
